Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Products that are expired or unsafe to consume (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase and photos of the issue (if applicable) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Perishable goods not reported as damaged within 48 hours
- Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale”
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
